  Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original designer tags and invoice slips are included.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
